The Kaladi Brothers Girdwood location was designed as a purpose-built retail coffee shop — not a fit-out of an existing space, but a building conceived from the ground up for the rituals of the third-wave coffee experience.
A glazed corner entry maximizes visibility from the pedestrian circulation path and creates a visual connection between the interior preparation area and the street, allowing the coffee-making process to become part of the shop's identity.
The covered outdoor deck extends the usable customer area through Girdwood's mild summer months, effectively doubling the seating capacity without adding conditioned floor area.
